What means coffee to you?

If there are good coffee in there, that situation will become litte more happily and more relaxable. So coffee is very good drink for our life!

Why do you love Comandante, Where do you know Comandante from?

Because it’s very high quality to grind coffee beans not only for drip coffee but also for espresso. And Thanks to comandante, we have become able to drink delicious coffee "everywhere"!

Why did you applyed fort he Comandante Championship?

I want to know that what do many other barista feel about my brewing coffee by using comandante,and how do other competiter use comandante.

What is your passion (engin) behind being a Barista?

Customer's smile, and growth of my students.

What are your further goals?

World Champion.

How was the „Comandante Championship“ and beeing a part o fit?

Comandante Chapionship gave us very valuable experience. We could get knowledge about grinding and brewing coffe, and feel great movement with many barista.

I think that it's very important to try a lot of methods without being caught up in prejudice. After that, just enjoy Comandante Championship!
