What is your job and where do you live and work?
I’m a barista, live and work in Minsk.
What does coffee mean to you?
Coffee really means a lot to me. It became my craft, which I’m very much passionate about. And I always say that coffee is about love.
What do you love about Comandante grinders, and how did you hear about them?
I first heard about Comandante grinders during one of the local coffee battles, and that’s how the love started. I absolutely adore how this tiny device is able to deliver a perfect grinding performance. This grinder is amazingly well-thought-out: starting from the unbeatable engineering and ending with elegant design.
Why did you apply for the Comandante Grind & Brew Cup?
I do think that it’s important to push yourself constantly in order to grow, so I try to participate in everything that’s going on in my professional field. Besides, this particular championship was organised brilliantly, so I had to take part (read: “to win a Golden Comandante”).
What do you love about making coffee?
I love to see the smiles of my guests when they enjoy their beverage.
What are your future goals?
My main goal for the moment is to win the World Brewers Cup competition of course!
How was the Comandante Grind & Brew Cup for you?
It was organized on the highest level. I would like to thank once again everyone who contributed to this event. I had a tremendously pleasant experience taking part in it.
