Jeniffer Iveth Madrid Chavez is the owner of Finca El Rubí, located in El Coquillal, San Luis Planes, Santa Bárbara, at 1,400 m asl.

The farm grows the Parainema variety with a strong focus on selective harvesting.
Only cherries at peak ripeness are chosen to express the full character of each coffee.

Coffee is deeply rooted in Jeniffer’s life. She represents the fourth generation of her family dedicated to coffee. In 2019, with the support of her grandfather, she began her own journey after inheriting the land where the farm stands today.

Managing the farm while studying at university was a major challenge. With family support and a committed team, she completed her degree and later dedicated herself fully to coffee production.

Jeniffer and her family have competed multiple times in Cup of Excellence, earning 1st, 4th, 6th, and 7th place awards.
