Fabio Antonio Caballero Garcia comes from a family where coffee is a shared passion passed down through generations. He represents the 5th generation of coffee producers.

After graduating from university in 2020, he began managing several farms owned by his grandfather, Don Fabio. They later became partners and developed new projects together, including La Salvaje.

Building trust within his family and the coffee industry has been a key part of his journey. Through sound decisions and fresh ideas, he has proven his value over time.

Participating and winning in Cup of Excellence has been a major achievement. For Fabio, the program is a gateway to global recognition in the specialty coffee world.
