What is your job, and where do you live and work?
I own a small cafe named "Swan cafe พัฒนาชนบท 4", located in Lat-Krabang District, BKK. Just 15 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
What does coffee mean to you and what do you love about it?
Initially, coffee was just an "adult beverage" or simply a tool to wake up... until I tried brewing my own for the very first time. As I continued brewing, my relationship with coffee deepened. It stopped being just a drink poured from an automatic machine; it became a Story.
Ultimately, coffee has transcended its status as a mere beverage. It has become an inseparable part of my identity and daily rhythm.
It's the Connection coffee fosters. Whether it's sharing a great cup with loved ones or exchanging knowledge with fellow enthusiasts, coffee has opened the door to many new friendships and experiences.
What is your experience with Comandante grinders, and what do you like about them?
My experience with comandante grinders has been consistently excellent, with build quality, easy to handle and consistent in particle size. That uniformity is crucial for perfect extraction in every cup.
Why did you apply for the Comandante Championship?
Comandante is globally recognised, and it would be a great opportunity for me to take part in the Comandante Championship World Tour.
How was the competition for you?
It was a fantastic opportunity to meet new faces, exchange knowledge, and feel the vibrant energy of the coffee community. The competitive element was definitely there, but it was underscored by a real sense of fellowship, making the entire event exceptionally memorable!
What is your advice for future competitors?
Believe fiercely in your ability to succeed, and find joy in the process of doing what you love. When you combine unwavering self-confidence with genuine passion, the resulting performance will inevitably lead you to the championship.
What are your future goals?
I want to operate a fully integrated coffee business - from the green bean to the final, perfect cup - making the entire coffee experience as transparent and exceptional as possible.
