What is your job and where do you live and work?

I currently live in Vienna and work at The Good Coffee Society coffee shop. I am also working on an app project «Kavast app» to help in cupping for baristas.

What does coffee mean to you and what do you love about it?

I love coffee because it is much more than just a beverage. It is a cultural phenomenon that brings people together, and this sense of togetherness is what makes coffee so special!

What is your experience with Comandante grinders and what do you like about them?

Since I started working as a barista, I dreamed of having my own Comandante and a half year ago realized this dream. I love this grinder for its ease of use, compact design and reliability. With such an assistant, I am always sure of the results of my coffee.

Why did you apply for the Comandante Grind and Brew Cup?

Coffee is my passion and I'm glad to be surrounded by like-minded people and share my experience.

How was the competition for you?

I was so excited and honoured to be a part of the championship with so many talented people and I had a wonderful time.

What are your future goals?

Continue to participate in championships, delve into the science of roasting and of course brew delicious coffee in the coffee shop.

What is your advice for future competitors?

Trust your intuition and enjoy the moment!
