Coffee De Hmong Bio |🥇1st Place

Coffee De Hmong Bio was born out of a personal vision to create a sustainable livelihood rooted in nature. The land, originally used by the founder’s father for cabbage farming, was transformed in 2012 after a return from Bangkok sparked a new idea — coffee cultivation.

Lacking tree cover, the first step was reforesting the area to create the right environment for coffee. As the trees matured, coffee plants were gradually introduced. The farm began with 6 rai (of a total 17 rai, or approximately 27,200 m²) under cultivation and features varieties such as Gesha, Java, and Syrina.

Today, Coffee De Hmong Bio is guided by a commitment to sustainability, minimal chemical use, and a long-term vision for environmentally conscious farming.
