Coffee De Hmong Biofarm began its journey in 2012, transforming a former forested area into a thriving organic coffee farm. The land was previously divided between untouched forest and a cabbage crop. In the cabbage section, large trees were planted first to create shade and improve soil conditions, followed by the introduction of coffee trees.
The farm started with three distinct varieties: Gesha, Java, and Syrina Catimor. Since the beginning, cultivation has been entirely organic, respecting the natural balance of the environment and laying the foundation for quality-focused, sustainable coffee production.
