Finca Miledy is located in Cantón El Túnel, La Palma, Chalatenango. The farm’s story began 24 years ago with Ever DÃaz, who, at just 16 years old, discovered a passion for coffee. He began planting Pacamara simply because he admired the size of the beans—long before he truly understood coffee.
In 2022, Ever sadly passed away, leaving the farm to his wife, Norelvia ElÃas de DÃaz, and their children. Despite many hardships, they proudly continue his legacy. Every coffee plant grown from their nursery is a testament to their resilience and dedication. Today, the farm’s hard work is reflected in its success at the Cup of Excellence, where it has become known as one of the top-quality producers in El Salvador.

All of these achievements were awarded to the farm under the name of Ever DÃaz, whose legacy lives on through every harvest at Finca Miledy.
