Fazenda Rio Verde, Brazil – Founded in 1887 in the Mantiqueira Mountains, Fazenda Rio Verde is the company’s oldest agricultural property. Surrounded by untouched forest, mountain springs, and ecological trails, it reflects a balance between coffee cultivation and environmental stewardship.

The farm hosts a full environmental monitoring center, overseeing water resource management, reforestation with native species, wild bee cultivation, and biodiversity observation. Its mineral-rich, high-clay soil is one of the farm’s natural strengths. Backed by a dedicated team, it also features a state-of-the-art milling and storage facility to ensure bean quality.

The G54 SWEET AROMATICS coffee, grown at 1,260 meters, was hand-selected by a diverse team, hulled, and dried naturally on raised beds. After drying, the coffee rested for 60 days in parchment inside high-barrier bags before final milling. This lot was chosen for the Cup of Excellence for its distinctive and pleasurable flavor profile.
