Duverney is a passionate third-generation coffee producer from Planadas, Tolima, with nearly two decades of experience in the industry. At 38 years old, he manages two productive units: La España Farm and Montreal Farm. His journey into specialty coffee began in 2014, and since then, he has become one of Colombia’s most consistent and celebrated producers.

Montreal Farm currently holds the number one position in the Cup of Excellence—a crowning achievement in a career filled with recognition. Duverney has reached the national finals 11 times, including four Cup of Excellence appearances, often placing within the top 10. His success reflects a deep-rooted passion, as he says, “It’s a passion that runs in my blood.”

In this milestone year, Duverney expresses heartfelt gratitude to God, to life, and especially to his family and team. He offers special thanks to his wife, Neyireth Charry Cortés, for her unwavering support throughout the journey. Together, they continue to set the bar for excellence in Colombian specialty coffee.
